The company was founded by Dr Richard Kramer. As a native Floridian, he served in the US Army for 22 years as a medical entomologist. Following his military retirement and immediately following his last assignment to the Armed Forces Pest Management Board, he was hired as the Technical Director of Education and Resources by the National Pest Management Association. In addition to providing forward-thinking pest control services that focus on the judicious use of pesticides, the company provides consulting services, pest identification services, training, technical writing and presentations, quality assurance, etc., to other pest management companies, private and government agencies.
